If you are using Red light therapy as your main treatment, we generally recommend 4 sessions per week until your goals are met. A normal session will be 12 minutes.
During your red light therapy treatment, you lie comfortably inside the device.
The machine is turned on , and an array of LEDs bathes your body in healing red and infrared lights.
The lights won’t heat your skin, but you may feel warmer during your session as your blood circulation improves.
The device contains a built-in cooling system to keep you comfortable.
You can go back to your usual activities without any downtime, although we recommend not to shower or
bath with in 2 hours after the Red Light Therapy
